While "in order" is, in fact debatable (even by those involved with the project), where's the Apocrypha?
I noticed in Fee's book it has a page about the order (chronological) of the books of the Bible. I think it was in his "How to read the Bible..."
I also heard they do not plan any other cover format like leather.
